Returns policy Uk customers You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 7 working days from the date of your order. Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it, and the order number of the package. When do I get my refund once I've returned an item? Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed.
